Santa Eulalia, Lima 02.08.08

The endemic White-cheeked Cotinga, we saw at least 10 in the morning. This bird is quite easy to see in the polylepis at this time of the year.

The endemic Great Inca-Finch (imm)

Here are some photos from the Santa Eulalia valley. We concentrated on the endemics in the valley so we did not reach the puna zone during this daytrip. However, we managed to see 10 of the 11 endemics present in the Santa Eulalia valley.
